What is a white-label eSIM solution?
A complete platform — app, web store, back office, API, dashboard — that you run under your own brand. Your customers only see your name; TransaSim provides and operates the technology.
Who publishes the app on the stores?
Your choice: we publish it for you on your Apple and Google developer accounts, or we provide the build and you handle publishing.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Your store and your API are served on your domain (for example esim.your-brand.com) and your emails are sent from your addresses.
Can I connect my own systems?
Yes. The web front end and the app connect to the TransaSim back end or yours via REST or GraphQL API, and real-time webhooks feed your tools (CRM, ERP, BI).
Which payment methods can my customers use?
Payments are built in: card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, via Stripe.
Where is the data hosted?
On secure, monitored cloud infrastructure. On request, hosting can be located exclusively in the European Union, or deployed on your own cloud.
How does a demo work?
Book a time slot online with the “Book a demo” button. We present the platform over video call, discuss your project and propose a launch roadmap.
