2. Data we collect

We only collect the data we need:

• Demo booking: name, company, e-mail, phone (optional), profile, message, chosen slot, language and time zone.
• Platform clients: identity and contact data, eSIM orders, invoicing, support.
• Technical data: IP address and connection logs, for security and abuse prevention.

3. Purposes

• Organising the demo you requested and contacting you about it
• Creating and managing client accounts
• Providing and improving our SPC and eSIM services
• Managing customer relations and technical support
• Meeting our legal obligations

4. Legal bases

• Your consent, given in the booking form
• Performance of the contract (platform access, invoicing)
• Our legal obligations (invoicing, security)

5. Retention

• Demo requests: 3 years from the last contact
• Inactive client account: deleted after 3 years
• Invoicing data: 10 years (legal obligation)

6. Recipients

Your data is never sold. It may be shared with our technical processors (site hosting by Contabo in Germany, e-mail by IONOS) and with the competent authorities where required by law.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction. To exercise them: dpo@transasim.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

8. Security

TransaSim applies technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted communications, access control, firewalls.

9. Cookies

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. One strictly necessary cookie stores the language you chose; it does not require consent.

This policy may be updated. The latest version is always available on this page.
